Market Rent

We have a number of Market Rent properties that are let without the restrictions contained within our Selection and Allocation policy. To be accepted for one of these properties, you must be working and be able to pass a credit check to ensure you are able to afford the rental.These properties are let on an Assured Shorthold basis and the rents are set at market rent levels. You would be required to pay a month’s rent up front and a month’s rent as a deposit, which is the protected in the Deposit Protection Service.

We have a mixture of flats and houses in the following areas of Essex and Suffolk:-

Southend, South Ockendon, Barking, Dunmow, Waltham Abbey and 50 houses in Rendlesham, Suffolk.

If you are interested in viewing one of our properties you would need to contact the local branch of Countrywide. They also carry out the credit referencing service for the Association.
