News and Events
Despite the self-isolation, I hope you’re all well and finding some joy in your Estuary homes. These are tough times, but you’re part of Estuary and we’re all in this together. We’re on your side.
We’re now into our fourth week of Covid 19 and Estuary’s third week working away from the office. I hardly need to say that life feels very different.
But some things haven’t changed:
I’m glad to say: we’re still not panicking! - we’re assessing and we’re planning for the medium term. I know we’re not there yet, but we’re beginning to think about what Estuary will look like in recovery. I hope that’s heartening.
We’re continuing to serve our residents but due to staff shortages Axis can only deal with EMERGENCY repairs right now. Please do not contact Axis or Estuary with urgent or routine repairs as we have to prioritise emergencies only. We are really sorry about this and appreciate your understanding.
Please note that as of 19th March 2020, all suppliers and contractors should email invoices/statements to firstname.lastname@example.org
Any posted items may not be received and processed in a timely manner due to temporary relocation and limitation in postal deliveries.
We appreciate your support and cooperation at this time.
If you're self isolating at the moment and are looking for contactless deliveries, you're welcome to print this sign at home and display.
For those without printers nearby, we have printed some and put them outside Centre Place for collection without entering the building.
Please only take what you need.
We're sorry to say that we have now closed out waiting lists for all areas for the time being. We're unable to accept any new applications at the moment.
We will, of course, announce when we are able to reopen our lists again.
Covid 19 has moved on over the weekend and we have listened to yesterday’s press conference from the Prime Minister and Chief Medical Officer. Our guidance reflects this.
