Changes to Named Leaseholders

There are times when changes are required to those named on the lease, for example a marriage, relationship breakdown or death. Where changes are needed they need to be carried out legally and the leaseholder will be liable for any costs incurred.  Estuary Housing Association should be advised immediately if there is any change in circumstances for leaseholders.
