Become one of our Estate Block Street Reps!

Estate, BLock and Street Reps banner. EBS Reps can report communal issues from our app.

What do EBS Reps do?

EBS Reps report communal issues on their estate, block or street by using an app called 'Resident Engagement'. On this app, residents can report things to us such as fly tipping, repairs, and vandalism. They can also report cleaning and gardening issues. The app allows residents to keep track of their reports and see how they are progressing. If you are a resident and do not have a smartphone or tablet, you can use the forms below to complete a monthly inspection of the immediate area they live in.

How Much Time Do They Need to Give?

Being an EBS Rep should not take up too much time. Residents can decide how long they would like to spend reporting communal issues or how often they carry out an inspection.
