What do EBS Reps do?

EBS Reps report communal issues on their estate, block or street. This includes things such as fly tipping, repairs, and anti-social behaviour. They also monitor the cleaning, gardening and communal services they receive, as well as feeding back issues within their community to Estuary. EBS Reps are asked to download an app on to their smartphone or device, or they can use the forms below to complete a monthly inspection of the immediate area they live in.

How much time do EBS Reps need to give?

Being an EBS Rep should not take up too much time each month, but in order for it to be an effective and reliable way of measuring our services we need residents to complete the inspections regularly.

To encourage EBS Reps to send in a form each month, we arrange a monthly prize draw. Everyone who sends in a form over the course of the month will be entered into the prize draw for the chance to win a £10 shopping voucher. Winners will be notified directly and will also be announced on the Estuary website and Estuary News.
