Customer Engagement

Our residents are extremely important to us. We are committed to improving the services we provide to you, and actively encourage our residents to get involved to help us achieve this. We provide a range of ways for you to get involved, such as Estate Block Street Reps the Federation of Estuary Residents. There are many others too. Digital Inclusion

Many services, such as claiming benefits or booking medical appointments are done online these days, so it is important for us to have access to the Internet. But what if you don't know how to do this? We can show you where to find a free computer course. The Digital Inclusion page on this website includes more information about getting online.
