We offer a number of services to our residents to help them make the most of their home and to make their lives a little easier. In order to achieve this, the Customer and Community Engagement Team provides the following services:

Customer Engagement

Our residents are extremely important to us. We are committed to improving the services we provide to you, and actively encourage our residents to get involved to help us achieve this. We provide a range of ways for you to get involved, such as My Digital Voice and the Federation of Estuary Residents. There are many others too. Find out more in the Customer Engagement section.


Employment and Training Advice

Are you looking for work, an apprenticeship, training or do you need advice with writing your CV? The Employment and Training section will help you.


Digital Inclusion

Many services, such as claiming benefits or booking medical appointments are done online these days, so it is important for us to have access to the Internet. But what if you don't know how to do this? We can show where to find a free I.T. course. When the Coronavirus situation is over, we will even have computers available for you to use at our Centre Place office. The Digital Inclusion section includes further information about getting online.
