Prince's Trust programme at Southend United Football Club
Get your life on track!
The Princes Trust programme is for 16-25 year olds who are not currently in work, education or training (NEET), it’s a 12 week personal development programme.
During the course young people are required to;
- Take on their own group community project, making a positive difference to the place where they live
- Take part in an action packed residential trip
- Get two weeks’ work experience in something they’re interested in
- Develop their English and Maths skills
- As part of the course, we also spend some time developing their interview and CV skills to ensure their confidence is sky-high for taking the next step
Participants will receive a Nationally Recognised Qualification

Love London Working can help
There is bespoke support available to help with job applications, CV writing, interview practice and there is a wide range of jobs and work placements to apply for across London. It also offers training, targeted financial assistance and support to develop skills in IT and work related training. The aim is to get 21,000 Londoners into work and training. Let one of them be you!

Talent Match South East supports young unemployed people aged between 18-24 years to reach their goals:-
- One to one mentoring
- Personalised journey
- Exploring options
- Access work experience
- Assist with CV's, job applications and interviews
- Continue to get support for 6 months once in employment
- Does not affect DWP benefit entitlement
