Do you wish to be involved but don’t have the hours to commit to come to meetings? Then My Digital Voice may be just right for you. With the fast changing world that we live in, it is important we keep up to date with these changes and provide different ways for our residents to get involved. This is why we would like to invite you to get involved digitally from the comfort of your own homes. You can share your views online by completing consultations and surveys that we email to you.


What can I expect from being a Digital Voice?

You will be a part of the ‘Resident Checked’ approval stamp

This shows our residents that we have consulted with you, and given you a chance to share their feedback on our services. We also want to ensure that publications are user-friendly and easy to read.   

You will be entered into quarterly prize draws to win a tablet.


You must be an active member and have replied at least once during a quarter.

You will earn points for every reply we receive from you. Points add up to shopping vouchers.

Your replies contribute towards our annual Resident Awards Event. A survey that needs completing and will likely take up 15-30 mins of your time will earn you 10 points, whereas a document that needs reviewing and will likely take up 30 mins/1 hour of your time will earn you 20 points. When you have gained 100 points we will send you a £10 shopping voucher of your choice.

How Do I Become a Digital Voice?
