If Your Property Has Gas

If your property has gas

The gas meter will be capped, so you will need to call our contractors on 0300 304 5000.

  1. Select option 1 and then option 1 again,
  2. Tell them you have just signed for the property and the boiler needs uncapping.

They will then give you an appointment within 24 hours to attend and uncap it.

Grounds And Estate Maintenance

Our GEMS team are responsible for cleaning and grounds maintenance.
