Axis Service Update
Following our previous update, Coronavirus and its variants are still having an impact on our routine repairs service.
This is affecting our contractors and suppliers, meaning we have fewer operatives available and further difficulties getting some items.
We will continue to provide an emergency service and prioritise urgent repairs to ensure you are safe. It may take longer to resolve routine works and follow up appointments.
We will do all we can to minimise delays and get repairs done as quickly as possible.
