You can check your rent transactions and report anti-social behaviour. In addition you will immediately get a reference number and be able to quickly see the progress of your enquiry.

How Do I Register?
You must have an e-mail address to be able to register.
If we don't have your email address, call us on 0300 304 5000.
In order to register with My Estuary you will need all of the following:
- surname (for example, Smith)
- postcode (for example SS1 2JY). Please ensure you include the space in the postcode.
- date of birth (for example 01/01/1981)
- email address (for example firstname.lastname@example.org)
- your rent account number (you can get this from your statement or call us on 0300 304 5000)
After registering, you'll receive an email within 15 minutes with your password. Just hop over to the login screen and put your details in. You'll be able to use your account immediately.
If you don't receive the email into your inbox, please do check your spam and junk folders.
From then on, you will only need your email address and password to sign in.
Please note that to access My Estuary, your details must correspond exactly to the information we hold on your tenancy record, including surname, date of birth, postcode and email address. If your details have changed, or you suspect we may have old details, please contact the Corporate Services Team on 0300 304 5000 or by email email@example.com.
