We are currently experiencing sound problems on option 1 for our repairs line via our main phone line. We are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible, but in the interim period, please instead call Axis directly on 0808 1691969.

Call Back Service

We're pleased to say that from today, our new call back service has started on our 0300 number.

When it's busier than usual, or if you'd prefer not to hold in the queue, this service will provide an option to leave a message and request a call back.

While the requests won't hold your place in the queue, call backs will be made the same working day by our customer services team, if requested before 4.30pm.

If your call back request is made after 4.30pm, it may be that we call you back the next working day.

If your call is urgent, we'd always say to hold on for a member of our customers services team.
