Estuary Housing Association is overseen by a Board of Management (the Board) that monitors how we deliver services to residents, sets our strategic direction, establishes plans to achieve our key objectives, determines, maintains and ensures compliance with Estuary’s strategic objectives, vision and values, ensuring the long-term success of the Association.
The Board provides systems of control and a framework of delegation to the Executive Team and staff. As a provider of social housing, we are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing and we comply with the NHF Code of Governance 2020.
The Board reflects the interests of the communities in which we work and possesses the essential specialised skills and necessary experience required to run, monitor and control the affairs of Estuary Housing Association.
Our Board and Committee Membership and Recruitment Policy [pdf] 181KB explains the way in which people are selected for Estuary's Board and the process that takes place to allow this to happen.
For the purposes of openness, we publish our Board Member and Chief Executive pay.
See our Executive and Non-Executive declarations of interests on our Board and Committee pages.
