Estate Services Standard

We will keep the areas around your home clean, safe and well maintained.

Cleaning (Weekly)

Buildings with internal communal areas will receive a cleaning service weekly.

This includes:

  • Sweep and mop of shared halls, landings and staircases.
  • Wipe internal glass on any shared doors, landings and staircases.
  • Clean, sweep and mop all lifts.
  • Remove litter and empty communal litter bins.
  • Sweep and disinfect refuse areas (where accessible).

Grounds Maintenance

A programme of seasonal works is carried out throughout the year to communal grounds in your neighbourhood.

This includes:

  • Grass Cutting (March – November).
  • Hedge Cutting (October – February).
  • Herbicide application and weed removal (March – June).
  • Removal of heavy leaf fall (October-November).
  • Shrub bed maintenance.

Graffiti Removal

Offensive graffiti will be removed within 24 hours of being reported with all other graffiti removed within 10 working days.

Fly Tipping

Illegally disposed of waste will be removed within 5 working days of being reported. 

Charges

Where we identify those responsible of fly-tipping or causing damage to our property, we will always look to recharge those responsible.
