A Fantastic Coffee Morning!
There's nothing quite like the power of a good cuppa and a bit of sunshine to bring people together!
On Monday, we hosted a coffee morning at our Rayleigh scheme, and it was a wonderful turnout. Ten residents joined us for tea, cake, and a catch-up. It was the perfect chance for some of our newest residents to break the ice and get to know their neighbours.
We were especially moved by one of our newer customers who lives with anxiety and panic attacks. By simply asking her neighbours to knock for her on their way, she found the courage to join in, conquering her fears to be part of the fun.
It’s these small moments of neighbourly kindness, and a slice of cake, that make a community feel like home.
