Fraudulent/Scam Emails

We've been made aware of a customer who has received an email pretending to be from us and asking for personal information. 

We would only ever email you from an official Estuary Housing Association email address, ending in @estuary.co.uk.

If you do receive an email which looks like it's from us, but you're not sure, please feel free to get in touch on 0300 304 5000. We'll check our systems to see what's been sent to you. 

In most cases, we'll be able to let you know over the phone if it's legitimate or not.
