Our offices will be closed for Easter weekend from 5pm on Thursday 2nd April and will reopen on Tuesday 7th April at 8.30am, but our emergency repairs line will still be available during this time on 0808 169 1969.

Temporary Phone Line Closure – Tuesday 20th May

We’ll be carrying out important staff training on Tuesday 20th May. To allow this to happen, our general phone lines will be temporarily closed for the day.

Please note:

The repairs line will remain open, and you can continue to report any repairs as usual.
Our main phone lines will reopen at 8:30 am on Wednesday 21st May.

We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your patience and support while we take time to train and improve our service.
