Temporary Phone Line Closure - Wed 29 July

Former Estuary customer phone lines will be closed for staff training from 3pm on Wednesday 29th July and will reopen at 8.30am on Thursday 30th July. 

Payments can still be made using the automated line as usual.

If you need to report or discuss repairs during this period, our repairs line will remain open:

  • Call 0808 169 1969 or 0300 304 500 (Option 1).

Fromer CHP customer lines will remain open as usual. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
