We Achieve Disability Confident Leader accreditation!

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been awarded Disability Confident Leader status by the Department of Work & Pensions.

This accreditation is the highest level of the Disability Confident scheme and replaces our previous Level 2 Employer status. It recognises our continued efforts to:

  • Create an inclusive and supportive workplace.
  • Champion the employment and development of disabled people.
  • Lead by example across our sector and communities.

By achieving Disability Confident Leader status, we are reaffirming our commitment to promoting equality, accessibility, and opportunity for all.
