We Partner with Axis to Deliver a Successful Community Clean Up in Clacton
On Friday 17th October, we took part in another Community Clean Up event in Clacton, in partnership with our repairs contractor, Axis.
An area that had become overgrown with thick brambles, weeds, and litter was cleared and stripped back to soil level by Axis as part of their social value commitment. Two large skips were filled during the clean-up, significantly improving the look and safety of the neighbourhood.
Local residents praised the transformation, saying the work would make a real difference to their mental health and wellbeing. They are looking forward to maintaining the area now that it’s more manageable.
This is another great example of how we, and our partners are working together to create cleaner, safer, and more enjoyable communities.
