This website is run by Estuary Housing Association.

Non-Compliance with the Accessibility Regulations
- This site is under constant review. Content with no value shall be removed and we’ll make sure any content to stay meets accessibility standards. When we publish new content, we'll make sure it meets accessibility standards.
- Our repairs chatbot may not be accessible to all. We have contacted our suppliers and they have no immediate solution for this, due ot the way chat boxes appear on websites in general. We'll be looking at technology and how it evolves to ensure we implement any advancements in technology as soon as reasonably practicable. In the meantime, customers are still able to raise repairs using our repairs line. We have not removed that option and have no plans to.

This website was last tested on 15th August 2020. The test was carried out by VerseOne Technologies and the test practitioner used a sample of random pages.
