We're pleased to say our Our Annual Complaints Performance and Service Improvement Report is available now. 

The report lays out our aims and focus for the year and how we expect to improve, as well as details of volumes of complaints and complaints types. 

Although of course we hope you don't ever need to, you can make a complaint here on our site. You can also make suggestions and pass on compliments here, too.
