Allpay Direct Debit Collections Letter Coming Soon

You will be receiving a letter from Allpay in partnership with Estuary Housing Association on the Direct Debit collections which is to improve the way that we offer you this service. The update will take effect from the tomorrow (3rd August 2023) and will be completed by the 18th August 2023.  You won't need to take any further action to receive these enhanced benefits of Direct Debit but if you have any questions about these changes, please call us on 0300 3045000.
