Customer Services Switching to a New Phone System on 11 December

We’re upgrading! On 11 December, our Customer Services team will move to a new phone system to improve service quality and ensure better communication.

What to Expect:

  • No downtime is expected, but we want to give you a heads-up in case of any unforeseen issues with our 0300 number during the changeover.
