Hate Crime Awareness Week

We support all customers who are impacted by the current world events.

With National Hate Crime Awareness Week 2023 almost upon us, we want to highlight that we want build a community with all our customers where hate crime is not accepted. Any instances can be reported by speaking with your housing officer. Most of our housing officers are Hate Crime Ambassadors and are available on 0300 304 5000.

Our Centre Place office, located in Southend-on-Sea, is a Hate Incident Reporting Centre (HIRC), so you can contact us direct.

Of course, the police are available on 101 or, in any case of emergency, please contact 999.
