Temporary Phone Line Closure for Estuary Services

We wish to inform our customers that the phone lines for Estuary services will be temporarily unavailable:

  • Closure Start: 12:30 PM, Friday, 13th December
  • Reopening: 8:30 AM, Monday, 16th December

If you need to report or discuss repairs during this period, our repairs line will remain fully operational:

  • Call 0808 169 1969 or 0300 304 500 (Option 1).
